This Section will perform the following activities:-
- Provide technical guidance and support for preparation and institutionalization of strategic planning and budgeting process within the Authority;
- Coordinate preparation of the Authority's budget;
- Develop and implement GCLA performance dash board including financial and non- financial key performance indicators;
- Review performance standards and indicators;
- Monitor and evaluate business plans and medium-term strategic plans;
- Coordinate compilation of monitoring and evaluation report;
- Evaluate impact of projects and programs undertaken by GCLA;
- Coordinate service delivery surveys and advise the Management accordingly;
- Evaluate performance of the GCLA including strategic plans and project implementation milestones;
- Coordinate preparation of quarterly, bi-annual and annual performance reviews;
- Prepare, implement and update Monitoring and Evaluations Standard Operating Procedures of the section; and
- (Liaise with stakeholders on Strategic Planning and Budgetary process within the Authority.
This Section will be led by a Manager.
