This Section will perform the following activities:-

  • Provide technical guidance and support for preparation and institutionalization of strategic planning and budgeting process within the Authority;
  • Coordinate preparation of the Authority's budget;
  • Develop and implement GCLA performance dash board including financial and non- financial key performance indicators;
  • Review performance standards and indicators;
  • Monitor and evaluate business plans and medium-term strategic plans;
  • Coordinate compilation of monitoring and evaluation report;
  • Evaluate impact of projects and programs undertaken by GCLA;
  • Coordinate service delivery surveys and advise the Management accordingly;
  • Evaluate performance of the GCLA including strategic plans and project implementation milestones;
  • Coordinate preparation of quarterly, bi-annual and annual performance reviews;
  • Prepare, implement and update Monitoring and Evaluations Standard Operating Procedures of the section; and
  • (Liaise with stakeholders on Strategic Planning and Budgetary process within the Authority.

This Section will be led by a Manager.
